In the first half of the concert, we will perform Dvořák’s Second Piano Quartet – a work written at the composer’s country retreat, transforming the Czech pastoral beauty into a grand and moving masterpiece. In the second half: Brahms’s Clarinet Quintet, one of the supreme chamber music masterpieces of all time.
