רותם לוי | bear / בֵּר

אנחנו בונים בית, מרימים אותו, בונים עוד קיר, מתחילה סופה. אנחנו מחפשים את הדרך הביתה, רוקדים, נהיה ממש חם. הדלקנו את כל המאווררים וגמרנו את כל הקונפטי.

דרך סדרה של כוחות עליונים הפועלים עלינו, אנחנו בוחנים את הבחירה, או ההכרח, לשרוד יחד.

הרוח, המשקל, האב. בכל אחד מהכוחות גלומים יופי, כאב, רוע ותמימות.

דרך מה שמופיע, אנחנו מבקשים מהצופה להסתכל שנית על מה שמולו:

לא כל מה שרואים שקוף, ולא כל מה שחושבים נסתר.

על היוצרת:
רותם לוי היא אמנית רב-תחומית, יוצרת עבודות במה במחול ותיאטרון, מיצבים ועבודות סביבה. גרה ועובדת בירושלים, בוגרת בית הספר לתיאטרון חזותי.

רוני שגיא | ממרכז מרים שורף

סולו-התעצבות של חומר, מילה ודרך.

לא מזמן פגשתי חברה קרובה של אמא שלי. היא שאלה אותי אם בתקופה הקרובה אני מופיע או מעלה משהו. אמרתי לה שלא. היא הסתכלה עליי ושאלה: "אז מה אתה עושה?" אמרתי לה: "אני מלמד קדרות ועובד בגן ילדים." היא ובעלה התחילו לצחוק, והסתכלו על אמא שלי.

בהתחלה לא הבנתי מה מצחיק כל כך.

ואז נפל לי האסימון: אלה בעצם שני העיסוקים המרכזיים של אמא שלי ב־60 השנים האחרונות.

אז מסתבר שבלי כוונה, אבל ממש בשמחה - לאט לאט אני הופך לאמא שלי.

אודות היוצר:
רוני שגיא הוא רקדן, יוצר ובובנאי. בעבודותיו חוקר את הגוף כחומר המוצג בחלל ואת החומר כישות חיה ונושמת. שגיא נולד בירושלים בשנת 1988 וגדל בקיבוץ נאות סמדר שבדרום. רוני הוא בוגר הסדנה בחיפה, בית הספר למחול עכשווי SEAD שבאוסטריה, והתוכנית הדו-שנתית לכוריאוגרפיה בכלים.
מאז תום לימודיו עבד עם דוריס אוליך, סימון פורטי, ג'רום בל, שרונה פלורסהיים, ורונן פלד. מבין יצירותיו לאורך השנים: מרתה (2018), טירקונא דהי (2016), לוק-סי (2015). ויקטוריה (2022). מגלים מתחת לגלים (2024). ריקוד ילדים (2025).

יצירותיו של שגיא מאופינות בנקודת מבט יחודית, חוש אסתטי מפותח וקריצה הומוריסטית.

Rotem Levi | Bear

We are building a house, raising it up, building the 4th wall; a storm begins. We look for the way home, dancing, it gets really hot. We turned on all the fans and blew through all the confetti.
Through a series of forces beyond our control, we examine the choice, or the necessity, to survive together.
The wind, the weight, the father. In each of these forces lie beauty, pain, malice, and innocence.
Through what is revealed, we ask the viewer to take a second look at what is in front of them:
Not everything we see is transparent, and not everything we think is hidden.

About the Creator:
Rotem Levi is a multidisciplinary artist who creates stage works in dance and theater, installations, and site-specific works. Based in Jerusalem, she is a graduate of the School of Visual Theater.

Roni Sagi | Centering, Raising, Burning

A solo on the shaping of matter, word, and path.

Not long ago, I ran into a close friend of my mother's. She asked if I had any upcoming performances or shows in the near future. I told her no. She looked at me and asked, "So what do you do?" I told her, "I teach pottery and work in a kindergarten." She and her husband started laughing and looked at my mother.
At first, I didn’t understand what was so funny.
And then it hit me: these are, in fact, my mother's two main occupations over the last 60 years.
So it turns out that unintentionally, but quite gladly—slowly, I am turning into my mother.

About the artist:
Roni Sagi is a dancer, creator, and puppeteer. In his work, he explores the body as material presented in space, and matter as a living, breathing entity. Born in Jerusalem in 1988, Sagi grew up in Kibbutz Neot Smadar in the south. He is a graduate of The Maslool Professional Dance Program in Haifa, the SEAD (Salzburg Experimental Academy of Dance) in Austria, and the two-year choreography program at Kelim.

Since completing his studies, he has worked with Doris Uhlich, Simone Forti, Jérôme Bel, Sharona Florsheim, and Ronen Peled. His works over the years include: Martha (2018), Tiricona Dei (2016), Look-See (2015), Victoria (2022), Discovering Beneath the Waves (2024), and Children’s Dance (2025). Sagi’s works are characterized by a unique perspective, a developed aesthetic sense, and a touch of humor.
