Three generations of the Kariri-Xocó people set out across Brazil to rediscover ancestral lands taken from them over centuries of colonization. Language, songs, knowledge, and sacred rituals once kept hidden as a means of survival now accompany them on their journey. Armed with cameras and drones alongside pipes, headdresses and maracas, they retrace the landmarks of their territory and prepare for its reclamation. Rich in music and striking imagery, As Far as the Eye Can See becomes a road movie in which memory, spirituality and political struggle converge in the reclamation of land, history, and identity.
