About the movie: Coming Home

Coming Home

While her husband is deployed to Vietnam, Sally volunteers with veteran soldiers. There she meets a soldier that came back from the war handicapped and full of rage and frustration, and the two form a strong bond. But when the husband returns from the war, all three will never be the same. Coming Home was one of the first films that dared to touch on the Vietnam War. It is a dense melodrama about love and its obstacles, with a brilliant performance by Jane Fonda. The result swept audiences and critics alike.
