Halil Efrat is a documentary editor and director whose work includes a range of award-winning films in Israel and internationally, including Souvenirs, Album 61, and Tantura, which have screened at leading international festivals such as Sundance and IDFA. Over the course of his career, he has collaborated with prominent directors and has written and edited acclaimed projects, including Ophir Award– and Emmy-winning productions. Efrat has taught editing at the Sam Spiegel Film School and Sapir College, and has been living and working in New York over the past decade.
