Cuban singer Evelyn Dupuy, one of the voices most identified with the deep soul of Cuba, comes to Hot Jazz with a special tribute show to the Buena Vista Social Club — the project that brought the magic of Cuban son, bolero, and cha-cha back to the world. Alongside her is singer Daniel Lopez Montejo, an artist with deep Cuban roots. Together, their voices will bring the harmony, warmth, and authenticity of traditional music to the stage.

They will be accompanied by a Cuban instrumental ensemble that gives the show the full, rich sound of Havana. Playing alongside them is Fernando Knopf (electric bass), who also serves as the musical director and is a leading figure in the Israeli Latin music scene.

The performance will feature beloved classics from the Buena Vista Social Club, including: Dos Gardenias, Chan Chan, El Cuarto de Tula, and Quizás, Quizás, Quizás.

An evening full of soul, rhythm, and nostalgia — a true Cuban celebration that brings the spirit of Buena Vista back to the stage in full force!
