Iris Alush, the daughter of Tunisian immigrants, grows up in the Israeli periphery with her mother, a wedding-dress seamstress. Determined to rebel against the fate she was born into, Iris dreams of reinventing herself. She leaves Israel for Paris to study fashion design.In Paris, she feels at home.
