Zvi Avni: Prayer

Zvi Avni’s Prayer (1961) is a work of profound spiritual depth that reflects the distinctive style of one of the foremost composers of modern Israeli music. In this work, Avni expresses the idea of prayer not merely as a religious act, but as an inner human experience of searching, contemplation, and hope.

Piano Concerto: Performed by one or more winners of the 18th Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition, to reach its final stages in September 2026.

Named after one of the 20th century’s greatest pianists, the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition has been a hallmark of excellence for more than 50 years. Its founder, Yaakov Bistritzky, sought to preserve Rubinstein’s musical legacy for future generations. Inspired by Rubinstein’s spirit since its inception in 1974, the competition is now regarded as one of the world’s most prestigious piano competitions.

Beethoven – Symphony No. 3 “Eroica”

Composed at the beginning of the 19th century, Eroica transformed the symphony. Its unprecedented scale, dramatic contrasts, and emotional intensity challenged the conventions of the classical era. The work moves from struggle and mourning to renewal and triumph, becoming a landmark in the transition from classicism to romanticism.
