The FeelBeit Ensemble

The FeelBeit Ensemble is a new initiative that brought together Israeli and Palestinian musicians we deeply admire for a months-long collaborative creative process. Over the course of these months, the ensemble developed a shared musical language, weaving together their distinct artistic worlds into a new blend of styles rooted in both ancient traditions and the present moment. Their music draws from traditional Arabic music, jazz, free improvisation, contemporary Arabic sounds, and influences from across the globe. The results of this collaboration – featuring original compositions alongside newly crafted arrangements – will premiere as a trilogy of open-air concerts at Shift Festival. Across three consecutive evenings, the ensemble will unfold its musical universe on the FeelBeit terrace, performing on a stage created especially for the occasion.
