Every Wednesday during July, The Fortress opens the stage to voices, creation, and the female presence shaping the city’s jazz scene. Evenings of live music at the Fortress lounge featuring leading female musicians, singers, and creators from the local community. A tribute to the city’s jazz women. This Wednesday we will host: First act — Ofir Cohen and her band. Second act — Karine Alony. Karine is a jazz trumpeter who combines several styles in her playing: bebop, r&b, and Parisian hip hop. You are invited to bring instruments for an open jam from 23:00. Chess boards all night long. Happy hour until 22:00. Gates open: 21:00. First performance: 21:30.
