The FEX Festival was created as a unique, first-of-its-kind platform in Israel's flamenco scene, focusing on presenting open, contemporary, and experimental flamenco by Israeli and Spanish creators who explore the boundaries of the genre and experiment with integrating it with other art forms. FEX believes in an immersive experience that combines viewing, listening, and active participation in the artistic event.
4 days of performances, workshops, lectures, panels, and artist talks.
FEX for the whole family, with accessible pricing, and events in public spaces that are open to the general public.
The festival takes place at The Home Theater (Teatron HaBayit) and the Mandel Cultural Center in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, the Theo Cultural Center in Herzliya, and Makamat in Safed.
