Happy End

Val is a French actress trying to make it big in New York. In the meantime, she works as a street sweeper. Everything changes when she meets a screenwriter who was once the great hope of the film industry but is now struggling with writer’s block and impotence. He offers her a place to stay, but only when Val storms out does he realize he has found his muse. His new script will be about a French actress trying to make it big in New York... Blending urban grit with romance and humor, Amos Kollek delivers a light, charming comedy, with Audrey Tautou bringing energy and warmth to the role.
